My sister and I considered making a drinking game out of Shit Christians Say To Jews. Hell... if she did a shot for every time someone said, "So what do your people think of Jesus?" she'd be dead.
It's funny. My sister's answer to "What do your people think of Jesus?" is generally - "we don't." And the response she gets around here is often, "But Jesus was Jewish."
I really loathe when I see in books/magazines/blogs/other media someone saying "The feminists should be all over this!" or "The feminists don't care about...". Who knew we had such a group think? Is there some secret list of rules that all people who use the word feminist to describe themselves get and meetings they attend that I just haven't yet? You know, where we decide things we will and will not be offended by, ffs?
OTish, but after enjoying this video, I unfortunately got a YouTube suggestion of another video with "shit say" and "feminist", only this was "Shit Feminists Say". I can't comment on quality/etc since I decided not to watch it. Usually I watch/read shit like that so I know that my offense is completely grounded, but seeing the comments and the tags ("misandry"-- you know, like "WHY ISN'T THERE A WHITE HISTORY MONTH!!!!") made me realize it was pointless.
