The Rules
1. Put your music player on shuffle
2. The first lines of twenty songs = a poem; the first line of the twenty-first song is the title

I don't have an iPod and 1,626 songs is a lot to load onto WINAMP, so I'm only using Tori songs, which, while still quite a bit, is considerably easier to load. Also, I'm identifying and offering the songs beneath the cut.

In Our Hand, An Old Old Old Thread

break the terror, break the terror, break the terror of the urban spell
coughing from the smoke of a black roof chimney
I'm not in love
not tonight, Josephine
rabbits, plinkty plinkty plink

in one hand dreams a plenty
strange, thought I knew you well
excuse me, but can I be you for awhile
we climbed through the canopy
I'm not sure who's fooling who here

load up on guns and bring your friends
when I come to terms, to terms with this
i knew a boy who would not share his bike
maybe I'm the afterglow
met him in a hotel, met him in a hotel, beneath ground

she's your cocaine, she's got you shavin' your legs
someone's knockin on my kitchen door
don't tell me a woman did this to you
I don't know what you've been playing
I know you know every desperado and Sharp Shooter
