AMAZING REVIEW MY AMPLE ASS HOW DARE YOU FLATTER MY ONANATORY NAVEL GAZING.

I guess I'm "touchier" about Bechdel since she still is (rightfully) held up as a role model, not that she ever chose to be. And hey, some lesbians do happen to have traits we consider masculine and some gay men do have traits we consider feminine. I guess I just dislike the whole "I knew I was gay when..." trope (which admittedly, she doesn't actually go on in the comic I mentioned; I've gotten that from other media actually AIMED at gay kids).

I think the fact the father was sleeping with his students had definite elements of pedophilia if for no other reason than the fact they were minors in a power relationship with an adult (as opposed to, say, his being a college professor and sleeping with his students THEN, which would still be wrong, but, you know... for different reasons).

YOUR TMI GENDER/PIXAR FACT OF THE DAY: I think I'm attracted to Ken from Toy Story since I have a thing for effeminate heterosexual men. Thanks to some awesome person on YouTube, I recently saw the Toy Story short that went with Cars 2 (since as much as I love Pixar, I really don't think I could tolerate Cars 2) and his little kick when he and Barbie kiss for the first time IS SO FUCKING CUTE. I love the fact he's effeminate but attracted to women (meaning, they didn't have some cutesy joke about him eyeing buff male toys, in other words, being a stereotype; another reason why I fucking love Pixar).
I think I would've enjoyed this photoset (http://inthedollhouse.net/) more if they'd gone Pixar's route of "effeminate heterosexual" rather than "effeminate not-that-closeted-gay-man". Sigh.

Wait, what were we talking about again?

IF I EVER HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY AS AN ADULT (uh, that I actually throw myself and invite people) I AM DOING GOODY BAGS. WE NEED TO KEEP THAT SHIT, THAT'S AWESOME.
And some day you and I will go full Harajuku mode in our party bus (http://www.kittyhell.com/2012/06/21/hello-kitty-street-car/) and storm Hello Kitty Tokyo.
